Spark Plugs 25000 km every 15000KM by KTM RC 390
Break pads check wear or 15000KM
tyres wear & tear or every 10K or 5 years..
Drive chain along with sprockets 32000 KM or wear & tear
Air Filter manufacture recommeded or when throttle low response
Oil Filters every engine oil change or with manufacure recommeded
coolant flush out whole every 2 years or 24oookm (they do topups)

every 4 years for KTM RC 390

Battery 4-5 years only when it weak /dead
Brake fluids every service time topups

change / replace whole 20000 km / yearly/2years

 

Brake linings 10000Km for drum brakes
fork oil when leak / low suspension
cables 40000km / hard
ECU  software check regular

The service schedule for a KTM RC 390 is as follows:
  • First service: At 1,000 km (620 miles)
  • Subsequent services: Every 7,500 km (4,650 miles) or every 12 months, whichever comes first (KTM App recommeds every 4 months).
